You need a .050 roll punch. Brownells or Midway. Get more than one, they break easily.

And if you have to drill the holes, you need a #54 drill(s), drill the ramp and sight as a unit; fixture the gun solidly and square to the quill, be patient and peck it very carefully or you'll break the bit.
I'd get a gunsmith to do it, as he'll have a nice stiff mill quill, the right touch and means to hold the gun square and solid.

I checked both Midway and Brownells, and all I can find is roll pin punches or sets that only go down to 1/16"(.0625). HELP!

If you are handy you can make one from many materials. I hand made Brass Punches from Door Hinge Pins and Steel ones from Drill Rod ( don't have any drill rod - use a drill ). I have also made specialty tools from Bolts and Screws of various materials. All you need is a Belt Grinder, Bench Grinder or Dremel and even an Electric Drill, and a File will work. Yes, you can buy one but I personally get enjoyment out if making my own specialty tools - OK, I may be the exception here......
For a roll pin just remove the shoulder after getting the proper outside diameter to leave a soft point of proper size to fit inside the roll pin. If you are removing a solid pin, - - - no need for center dimple. See, that was easy!

RoyM52--Thanks for the info, but Brownells is out of stock right now.
I guess I'll take chief38's suggestion and fashion my own.
Thanks all for the replies.

I get my #54 drill bits from a large hobby supply store. Get several.

B Square makes a 3 punch roll pin set that has a .039" diameter pin as the smallest. I used it to take out the old roll pin and installed the same old roll pin in my new Patridge front sight on my Model 69. Now I is a "happy camper".

BTW - never throw out your broken or bent punches. Use them to make new ones or other special purpose gun tools.
