Are you just wanting to remove the cylinder assembly from the yoke?
Remove the knurled knob from the end of the ejector rod by turning it clockwise.

If the issue is cleaning between the yoke barrel and cylinder, just add a drop or 2 of hoppe's in there, spin it to distribute, then prop it muzzle down to drain out the fouling.
Keeps my cylinder from getting sluggish.

Or, you can take out the front sideplate screw, slide the crane and cylinder out and slide the crane out of the cylinder.

Its a different ejector rod set up than on other smiths. Remove the small knurled knob from the end of it and then I put it in a drill and tighten the chuck down to hold it while I unscrew the rod from the extractor star.

I don't believe I've ever removed the ejection rod from any revolver to clean it. Joe
