Default 19-6 cylinder disassembly?

I need to disassemble the cylinder/extractor on my 19-6. Is it left or right hand thread?

Left hand.

K & N frames extractor rod threads changed to left hand thread in the 1962 period and will have a dash number (different dash #s for different models) to indicate it. But that's not always fool proof.
This is: the groove cut behind the extractor rod knurled tip shown in photo, denotes left hand thread.

Ok next question. I need the two pins that align the extractor star with cylinder. Part number 14 on the exploded view. Could not find them on Brownell’s page.

Always place 3 empty cases in the chambers when unscrewing or tightening the extractor rod to prevent undue pressure on the ext star.
