I'm looking to replace the front (and maybe rear) sight on my 1911E. I'm reading that direct replacements are .160 tall but my measurement is comeing up with .145. Anyone know what smith says (or what you have measured?)
Never mind. I just found a set that I had pulled off my Billboard 1911 and was able to measure them proper. ( They both use the same sight set.) .160 x .125" for anyone curious.
