Can anyone tell me if the recoil spring & guide rod on a 3913 TSW will work on my standard 3913 and or the 908?

Thank you. I'm trying to acquire as many parts for my 3913, 908 & 908S which as you know are no longer made. I have an opportunity to get a few parts and was hoping that they would be interchangeable.

That guide rod (#101810000) will work on the 3913, 3913TSW, 6906, as well as (6) other similar models. I suspect the 3913 guide rod will work in the 908 (different PN# guide rod) which was a Value model (& had a plastic/part plastic guide rod) but it was black/blue. I suspect a 3914/6904 black guide rod (#069790000) would work in the 908 & be all metal. Someone correct if this is wrong.

I have one 669, two 3913's & two 908's. A 908 & 908S. Realizing that the 908's have the poly guide rods, I was considering replacing them with the metal ones from parts that I've acquired. However, after some research I think I'll just leave well enough alone. They are not broke or worn, so why replace them. It appears that those who did replace them, did so out of personal preference or just because and not out of mechanical malfunction.
