Default S&W 908/910

Does anyone know if in fact the S&W 910 parts are interchangeable with the S&W 908? In particular, the recoil springs & guide rods?

JSbethel, Thank you for the reply. I notice that the part numbers are in fact different. Not being familiar with the part numbers, is it safe to assume that since they are different, they may not be interchangeable?

The main issue is that the 908 has a 3.5 inch barrel and the 910 has a 4 inch barrel. What exactly are you trying to replace?

Are you wanting to replace the polymer guide rod with metal? Which pistol do you have? The springs are the same for the polymer and metal rods.

Actually I have a 908 that has a metal guide rod that is bent and is not spec or original, and I'm going to replace it with an original poly guide rod.

Thank you again Jsbethel for your efforts. The reason I was inquiring about the interchangeability is that I had an opportunity to get a cannibalized 910 and was just wondering if I could use the parts. for one of my 908's.

I'm just gonna order the new parts & keep things simple!

Thank you again
