Default S & W 645 right side safety lever and screw?

Hi Guys, new to the forum, I have an S & W 645 1 gen. that is missing the right side safety lever and original screw. I found a screw on numrich gun parts but it doesn't look right. I could have sworn it had a hex head, not a Phillips and numrich only has Phillip's head. 2nd, the lever doesn't look like it's stainless and all the rest of the parts are stainless any leads? It's my gun so I'm picky about it being right.

Those two parts from Numrich are your best (and probably only) option since they are long discontinued. If they don't work out, Numrich has a great return policy. I have a late 639 that uses the same parts - the screw is phillips. I believe the hex screws have been changed by users. (The lever picture looks stainless to me.)

Hex screw was definitely an OEM part and evolution of the philips screw but I can’t say for sure if the 645 had the hex head, my experience with them was on the 639 and 659.

The 645 had a Phillips head screw. It can be changed to an aftermarket hex head.

Yes, the Phillips head was the first screw used, later changed to a hex head design.
