gunsmith in North Texas
Can anyone recommend a good gunsmith in the North Texas (Denton/ Ft. Worth) area that is familiar with Smith & Wesson revolvers?

My local gun shop , " Mikes Gun Room " here in Richardson has a top notch gunsmith , " Mark " that works through the Gun Room . I realize this is a little out of the area you requested but I highly recommend Mark . Mark has done work for me , S&W's are a real strong point for him . Just call Mike Brown @ Mikes Gun Room . You leave the item with Mike , he gets in touch with Mark to come pick it up for repair . Be specific what you want done . I hope this helps , Regards Paul

Thanks, guys, for the tips. I'm not far from Richardson and the Metroplex area.

Henry Grimes in North Richland Hills is good. He studied under Lou Williamson, the late great gunsmith from Hurst, TX.

What are you needing done? If it's something relatively simple, the experts here may be able to walk you through doing the repair on your own.
