Default Side plate screw

I've had my dad's 1951 K38 for at least 20 years and just recently noticed that the top screw on the side plate is missing. It's impossible to know when or where it went. I've ordered two different screws from Jack First and neither were correct (first time they've ever disappointed me). What would be a good source to get the correct screw from?

Several years ago I lost the top screw out of my 1948 K22. I called Smith & Wesson and they sent me out a brand new top screw free. Over the years they have helped me out on springs and other small parts. I would give them a call.

I forgot, when you get that top screw make sure the screw driver bit fits it correctly, it takes a narrower bit than the other side plate screws.

I bought one for a 1960 .38/44 Outdoorsman from gun-garage on e-bay.

Thank you all for the leads! I did call Jack after the first screw was wrong, but I'll give them another shot before I go searching further.
