If you describe the problem and post photos of your gun, you’ll get some of the most knowledgeable folks in the country weighing in on your question.

Posting in the “antiques” section may give you better responses.

Also, if you add your location or specify in your post where you are it might help direct you to someone local, either a 'smith or just a knowledgeable person near you who can help.
