Another parts source
I stumbled across this place a few years back and have bought a few things from them with no problems including a S&W 422 kit I picked up a couple years ago just for some spare small parts and a barrel for my own 422.
There are no usable actions because I think they get seized firearms from police department and after cutting through the actions sell what's left for parts but it's a great place to look for small parts, grips, barrels and such.
Anyway check it out and who knows but you may find that part you've been looking for.

They sure have a lot of revolver part kits on there, including a S&W Reg magnum #231 ($2500.00)

Some of their stuff is kind of pricey so I imagine those items are rare.
I'm not a firearms expert and nothing in my safe is extremely rare or collectable so I just look to see if they have anything I might want or need.
Along with the 422 kit I picked up I've also gotten some parts for my 22 cal 1931 H&R 922 revolver and I just missed out on a .410 bore barrel for a 1915 Iver Johnson shotgun that used to belong to an uncle. His has a 14mm barrel.

The 38-44 HD they have listed is actually a TL.
The parts have really had a going over with files and other metal working tools and are scared up quite a bit.
The bbl may have a bulge in it, but that may just be the pic(s).
Looks like the 3rd lock lug is still there in the crane. Ejector rod head is missing as is the side plate and some other small parts.
Who knows what the bore and chambers are like but there it is in 44cal
for $250.
Most of their stuff is pricey, but sometimes you just can't find a bbl or stock anywhere and life is gettin too short to think you'll stumble across one at a show or yard sale.
It's good source to keep on the list.

The middle (3rd) lock cam plate is there but the complicated "wishbone" 1st and middle locking bar assembly does not appear to be in the shroud or shown separately.

I thought it may have been in there, it looked like it might be sticking slightly out the front of the shroud when the pic was enlarged. But it was iffy!
I think someone grabbed it anyway. Doesn't show up when I pull up the site.

I have bought a few kits from them, but in general they are higher on their stuff than I care to pay.
About six months ago I spotted a Model 10-5 with unrelieved target stocks on it. I needed some spare parts and the stocks were gravy.
I have noticed that Ruger Security Sixes kits are priced reasonably, and if you think you will ever need a spare part it might be a good plan to buy one.
