The .22/32 I frame was changed to being built on the .22/32 J frame in Oct. 1960. You want the J frame cyl but not from any J frame. For a stainless cyl of the right length 1.44" and to match your stainless 650 look for a .22/32 Model 63 cyl. You can use a Model 34-1 J frame blue cyl although the earlier length can be slightly longer, 1.45". which can easily be fitted.

It'll most likely be a drop in fit to your 650 with the occasional need to do some slight cyl fitting due to the dimension tolerances used for making cyls.
