Default I have a 686-3 2.5" barrel

And am looking for a s&w 686-3 .500" spur flash chrome hammer.

Yes wide spur so I can easily cock it.

I saw only case hardened .500" on ebay.

I don't think you will have much luck finding a flash chromed target hammer for an L frame. I did my 686s with the case hardened target hammers and triggers. I think they look better anyway. Midway had the target hammers and you can find basically any trigger you want through E-bay. Good luck!
