My front sight pin on my 66 is loose. Not sure how to make it tighter or if anyone offers oversized sight pins.

290 LocTite it it's assembled. It wicks in and will keep it in place. Blue, 242, LocTite if you have the pin out.

Centurian77,

You can take the pin out. Then hit one end of the pin with a hammer a couple of times (with the pin laying flat), then re-install.

Hope this helps

The pin is polished which may be the issue. I may opt to make a larger pin perhaps.
