Default Poor M&P 40 trigger

I just purchased my 2nd M&P. The new one is an M&P 40 LE with Tritium sights. My first M&P has a very smooth trigger with no noticeable clicks, grittiness our bumps.

My new gun's trigger breaks nicely but there is all kinds of chatter during the take up. It does not feel that way with the side removed. Not a very good feel and it bugs the **** out of me.

Any ideas?

I had the same problem. First one was a M&P 9mm
with a lousy trigger, then I bought a M&P 40compact.
This gun had a good trigger. I wonder if S&W is having
a problem with these guns. Good luck Don
