Default 65 Mods

I just bought a 65-5, and want to doctor it up a little.

#1 I'd like to have the front sight replaced with a tritium dot type sight. Something in a dovetail. What should I expect this to cost?

#2 At that same time, I'd like to have the rear notch opened up a hint, for faster aquisition. What should I expect this to cost?

#3 I might want to get it to a mirror finish. It's a matte finish, pretty much a bead blast look. From matte to mirror, is this a job I should tackle, or pay a smith. If I do it, how so and how long? If I pay for the job, what should I expect to part with?

I already bought a Wolff Spring kit, a set of Secret Service style grips, and a new style thumb latch. Those, I can handle on my own...
