Default X-large Ear Muffs?

I have some broken cartilage in one ear (califlower ear) and regular ear muffs are uncomfortable. Does anyone make a headset with extra-large ear cups?
Thanks.

There are different types of ear cup pad materials, but you would be ahead to have a custom set of plugs cast to your ear. Usually less that $50.
