Default USPSA permitted modification for Production and Limited

I have search the previous threads but I can't get a clear answer. Also, I've asked people regarding this but they have mixed answers.
For production and limited division, can I replace my front sights with fiber optic or one of those night sights and rear sights to no dot (all black) sights?  For limited, can I install an aftermarket trigger on my firearm?
TIA.

As for changing the sights to what you describe - no problem.

The trigger may be another story. It depends on whether USPSA considers the trigger a "minor" component. Somehow I doubt that. Internal changes OK, but a new trigger - doubtful. I'm not an RO so I'd wait until someone that is chimes in.

Adios,

Pizza Bob

The trigger itself will be changed.

I don't think there is a trigger requirement for limited...
Limited is sort of like Open except,, no comps.,, no optics ,, no 9mm major..

This is a complete copy of the latest rule book.. It should be able to answer all your questions..

You're correct, no trigger restrictions on Limited division guns (other than:
5.1.4 Unless required by a Division (see Appendix D), there is no restriction on the trigger pull weight of a handgun, however, the trigger mechanism must, at all times, function safely.
5.1.5 Triggers and/or trigger shoes that extend beyond the width of the trigger guard are expressly prohibited.)

Now if you get into IPSC rules, it gets more complicated (minimum trigger pull weights in certain divisions). But I don't get involved with official IPSC matches (yet)
