I'll second OKFC05's recommendation, but there is one consideration - the 625, at this point in time, is better suited for IDPA than USPSA, so if you have any inclination to either compete in both disciplines or switch to IDPA, be aware that the speed rig is not legal in IDPA. If that is a consideration, then go with Blade Tech's regular OWB holster...

I'll make a further recommendation. If this will be for USPSA only and you use an over/under belt set-up, then the Tek-Lok belt attachment is the way to go. If you intend to use it for IDPA & USPSA use either the fixed or adjustable Stingray belt loop. In IDPA the belt must go through the belt keepers on your pants. With the Stingray loop, you can bridge a belt keeper (holster slot / keeper / holster slot) both pulling the holster in closer to the body and allowing optimum positioning. Use of the Tek-Lok, on a belt going through the keepers on your pants, may trap you in front of or behind a keeper in a less than optimum position.
Good luck and have fun.
