Default Diopter/eye shades for bullseye shooting?

I purchased this Hyskor pro optic kit some time ago and finally had a chance to use it yesterday.

This thing is rinky dink, to be kind. The diopter assembly will not stay where it is clamped, the system puts the diopter hole in the center of the lens and is no where close to being aligned with the eye. It is a monkey motion of inefficiency and ineffectiveness.

Are there other options out there to provide diopter pinholes either on existing safety glasses or stand-alone diopter safety glasses?

Thanks
