Our database covers the period 1935 to 1941 and we are formulating plans to digitize and index the records from 1932 to 1934. If you have a Heavy Duty or Outdoorsman that shipped during 1935 to 1941, we can look it up in the database and see what we find, if anything. All of the information provided in the factory letter from Roy would be of possible value in our search, including the date shipped, where the gun was shipped, and anything else you think may help us. We also need the serial number.

There is no charge for looking up a gun. We only charge if we find documents you want and then the cost is $5.00 per document and $45.00 for the letter.

Bill:

I am especially interested in the post-war "transitional" 38/44 Outdoorsman and keep data and photos of as many of these as I can find.

Does the Historical Foundation have files on these guns and if so are there currently plans to digitize them?

Best Regards,

Jerry
