Default Factory letters

Hi, I do not know where to ask this question, so I will start here. Who do you make payment out to for a factory letter. I have 2 lightweight M13's. I would like to get letters on. Thanks Steve

I submitted a letter request on 5/11/16 without having seen any of this beforehand.

The request has not been returned to me. Can I assume that it has been placed in a queue for research or will I need to submit another request?

Hi everybody, I was at an auction today that had about 50 destroyed Smith and Wesson M13's. All in bad shape. Is any body keeping track of the serial numbers of the destroyed guns. Steve
