S&W History Letter Request Form - Writable Version?
Howdy,
I seem to recall someone posted a link to a writable version of the history letter request form. I think it was a Word document instead of the .pdf version that's on the S&WHF's web site.
Search as I may, I can't find it. If someone could re-post the link, I would greatly appreciate it. Trying to make Mr. Jink's job easier by submitting a clearly typed form instead of one with my chicken scratch scrawled all over it.
Many thanks!

I checked the websites where the request form is posted and they are all PDF versions. I have no idea where, or if, a writable version exists. I would print out the PDF version and print the information requested. I am sure Messrs. Jinks or Mundell will be able to read it.

I don't know what computer you have, but the free download of the latest version of Adobe Acrobat lets me fill out the blank letter request pdf. that I have saved on my desk top and print it for mailing. Works like a charm. I like to spare Roy and Don my handwriting too .

"Old form, wrong price, wrong address." Sorry I was looking for the form as well and came upon that thread in a search. It looked good...

No worries. Not too many significant changes happen around here, but the change-over of the letter responsibility from S&W to the SWHF was one. I suspect more than a few folks came across postings containing the old info over the past year and mailed off the wrong stuff.
