Default Question About Research

How long after a submittal should someone wait for a response? Just asking because it has been about a month and I haven't heard anything. Not trying to do anything but get a gauge on when a response might be expected. Just want to make sure my request wasn't lost in transmittal.

If you are referring to an SWHF records search (not a letter of authenticity), it can take several weeks. Also, the SWCA Annual Symposium is happening right now and the SWHF staff are probably all attending.

Yes, a HF records search. I ask because no response for receipt was given.

Alan is right. I've been tied up for almost two weeks and was a little behind before I left. I'll look and make sure I have it and let you know in the next couple days if you will email me at [email protected] so I can get your name (not just forum nickname). Thanks. Sheryl
