Letter correction

Does anyone know if SWHF is closed for the holidays? My emails on December 3rd, 11th, and 20th have all gone unanswered.

Sorry Pete, I don't know what is going on with your letter. At this point it looks like the USPS has lost two of the same factory letters.

I emailed you a scan of your letter, so you at least have that. I'll have Roy mail you another one. God willing, this one will actually arrive.

I blame my spam filter on this one. I don't normally use the Mac mail program, but I've been using it for this particular address—and this morning I realized that there were about 40 legitimate emails in its internal spam box. Embarrassing for someone that works in IT.

I now have to go and respond to 39 other emails ...

Ha Ha. I use to work in IT myself.

I understand and sympathize with your embarrassment. I once fixed a problem I had created myself and had a coworker tell me "First you break it, then you fix it, and then, you're the hero." I really couldn't argue.
