Default "Hostiles" S&W Dealer Award

I was told S&W gave this special "Hostiles" belt buckle to a big gun store owner in the mid-west in the late seventies. It has silver, copper & brass but it's in a regular model 600 box.
Anyone know anything about this buckle or just seen one before?

That back is a standard #600. I have never seen that buckle front finish so can't really help any more.

I never see anyone else wearing these , it is one of my favorites and it doesn't have pointy wings to stab my fat like my Harley wings buckles .
