Default need help

i lost my friends knife a few years ago and i was trying to get him a new one but when i asked what the model was he said it was a Smith & Wesson S.W.A.T. new millennium run knife. is that a real knife if so can i see a picture of it or is he mistaking it for the Smith & Wesson S.W.A.T. first millennium run knife? he swears up and down it said new not first i just want to know if that knife exist or not???

Welcome to the Forum. Most of the S&W SWAT knives I recall said " 1st Production Run" however check with Taylor Cutlery's web page. They made the SWAT knife series for S&W. It's possible the Taylor made some S&W SWAT knives, circa 2000, and called them "New Millennium." be aware, also, that Taylor made lots of knives marked S&W for review by the factory marketing staff, who then selected which ones were approved for the S&W knife catalogs. Those not approved were then sold off by Taylor in the secondary knife market, so there's a lot of knives out there with S&W's log on them that were not "official" S&W knives. Ed.
