Default S&W shotshells

I have two boxes of 20ga shotshells from 30 or 40 years ago.
Does anybody collect these, or should I just shoot them?

If the boxes are in very good or better condition, they may be of interest to a collector -- especially one who specializes in S&W. They come up for auction occasionally, and usually do not bring a lot of money. However, they are older, and as they say - "they aren't making any more of them." You might consider offering them to a collector in trade for some newer ones.

Although not of great value they are collectable. I have over 25 boxes of S&W shotgun ammo. The most I've paid is $25.00 a box.

The 20 ga. is one of the lowest production gauges of the series of S&W shot shells, so should bring $15 to $20 a box from a collector, if they are in nice to minty boxes. Ed.

Thank you for your responses. I seem to be stuck with them. They are slightly too valuable to shoot, but with shipping added to the price they would be hard to sell.
Oh well, when one of my grandsons is my age he can sell them.
