Buckle find at gun show....
I have a few buckles, but not a serious collector, so i've never seen one in the original box. It's part of the "American Traditions" series (1982).

Model 678 is the 1982 version in "Antique Silver" finish. Original retail $13.95. Model 677 is the same design in Brass, and Model 682 is Brass with Rhodium plate and a gold plated Eagle. Retail $49.95 in 1982. Only 2500 of the Model 682 were produced. The design was conceived by Domingos Joaquim of the S&W Custom Dep't. who cut the hub from which the die was made. Ed.

Glad to see the post. I have two in brass I believe. One features a S&W No. 1 or 3 model and the other is called The Last Cartridge featuring a frontiersman holding off a grizzly from 1978 stamped on back of buckle. Nice keepsakes
