Came across a SAT that looks like a S&W SAT but is longer.
Is it made by S&W or someone else.

The lengths of these vary, especially the later ones like yours.

These were not made by Smith & Wesson, but for S&W by various vendors under contract, so specs & lengths can vary. Ed.
