Default Smith & Wesson Blade Saver?

Found this buried in the back of my safe. Can't remember when I got it...Cool little piece that I thought I would share with everyone here.

Anyone know when they made these or if there's any value?

"Over the past 158+ years that the Smith & Wesson gun manufacturing company has been in business, they have diversified & manufactured items other than firearms.
The Blade Saver is one of these "diversification products."
Manufactured from 1923 to 1936, the "blade saver" was a device for holding safety razor blades so that they can be sharpened like straight razors. There were three types made, one for a single edge blade and two for the double edge blade. Just above the pin that locks the two-halves together, is stamped I, II or III identifying the three types."

Got that from here:

Value depends on whether it's a Model 1,11, or 111. It will be stamped with one of these model numbers. 1s & 111s, usually sell, on Ebay or at S&W meets, for $10 to $20 range, depending on condition. If you have a model 11 (they are sometimes called a Model 2 ) , they are hard to come by, and will bring perhaps $35 - $50 from collectors wishing to complete a "set" of all 3 models. Ed.
