Default Early Smith & Wesson patches

I recently bought the patch collection of Roy Jinks. These patches are from the 1930's and are the earliest I own. There were two of the .357 Magnum patch. The second one was the size of the two smaller shield shaped patches pictured here. It has since been sold.

Don, Do you date the .357 patch to the mid 30s, or ? Ed.
