Texas Ranger edition knives?
After doing some searching here it seems that not all of the 1973 TR Commemoratives came with knives. Did Smith produce knives to match all of the serial numbers or were any made without matching serial numbers, are they available anywhere?
Didn't find these answers when I searched, thanks very much.

Your correct. There were some 1800 knives sold in a separate presentation case. They did had a corresponding Model 19. I have seen sets in separate boxes.

I have a serial numbered TR commemorative knife in a blue S&W box, not a presentation case, complete with sheath.
The only one I have seen.

Thank you both very much. I've found a few recently for sale online. A couple are the complete set of revolver and knife in a presentation case and a couple of just the revolver in a presentation case without the space for the knife.
It would be fun to add the knife, my revolver came to me without anything else, same price as a standard 19 without the features seem to run. Can't wait to shoot it.

The Missouri Hwy Patrol 50th anniversary sets were shipped with the knives in a separate blue box that also had the sheath and paperwork in it. The 66-1 was shipped in a blue box also separate from that large wood display case. The 50th anniversary belt buckle is in its own blue box.

SW Texas Ranger Commerative Bowie Knife
I have a Texas Ranger 50th anniversary bowie knife in a wood display case with blue backing. TR11056 Never used, kept in case. I am looking for information on what it should sell for or if there is interest within collector circles.

An interesting one!
I have two, one is the knife and sheath. The other is cased and inscribed on the blade "To R. R. REYNOLDS From P.O.S. S.W.A.T. TEAM"
Haven't been able to find out where the P.O.S. SWAT Team is located or who R.R. Reynolds is.
If anyone has any idea I would greatly appreciate any information.

Saw a knife recently in a local pawn shop in a wood box - alone, no gun or sheath. They said it was a Smith knife to go with the Ranger commemorative. PM me if you want contact info.
