Default Presentation case relining

N C Rod was kind enough to gift me a presentation case for a 6 1/2" gun that needed some internal restoration. I have been wanting to try this for some time and had actually purchased the blue re-flocking components some years back. Anyway I made some repairs to the foam insert and reflected the piece. According to the instructions the adhesive dries fairly hard and shouldn't be used on foam rubber. So on the foam insert in the lid I used felt and spray adhesive. The two were a very close match and I'm happy with the result. While doing this I dug out a 6" case with the plastic insert and covered it with spray adhesive and felt. It came out very well also. Gun projects are fun projects.

Nice job. Where did you get your flocking kit and what was the name of the color flocking you used? It looks like a good match.

Thanks for the info on the flocking. Rockler is great! Should you ever need hinges for a presentation case, the Rockler small box hinge number 25651 works perfect. Same size and shape, holes even match up. I used screws. instead of the brads.
