Need Help Identifying This Item
Found this at an estate sale today. Have never seen one and not sure what it is. Anyone here that can help me identify this?

Going by those ovals and the color on the sharpening face I'd say it's a diamond knife sharpener and as was stated in earlier post's, most likely came with a survival knife....

Yup, diamond sharpening "stone". My kid has a much bigger one that has a different "grit" on all four sides.

I looked at the factory add, and did notice this item may cause cancer and reproductive problems. (Must be sold in CA).

This is a warning required by California State Law. If you read the label on nearly EVERY product it will contain the statement "This Product is known to the state of California to cause cancer", probably including bottled water!!!!!

Diamond impregnated knife sharpener.
They never wear out. Just clean them periodically.

Ever since that warning started to appear on everything,if California has published a warning that having sex causes cancer.

I have a S&W Search& Rescue Knife which I keep in my desk draw
& it has the exact same sharpener in pouch on sheath.
(thanks for the link) my knife has a SKU of CKSUR6 on blade
which is 8"
