I just picked up a Smith & Wesson 1000p 12g with 4 interchangeable barrels from a friend whom is to old to shoot it any more. From my inspection it needs a good cleaning but I can not find the manual for this gun any place. Does anyone know of some place that has it in PDF form?

he said one of the barrels shoots "F shot" I have not shot shotguns in a while and I am not familiar with all the variances in ammo any more...

I know I have a slug barrel, full choke barrel, fixed modified barrel and one other one (its in the safe and i cant remember what is stamped on it).

I haven't disassembled one in a good number of years, but they are real similar to the Rem. 870 described by our S&W instructor as an improved 870. Sorry, don't have a manual thou. Hope that helps a little. Patrick aka Executioner
