Star,
Looks like you and I were thinking the same thing when we took to the rifle with the TactiCrayola™ I did my S&W logos in silver and the rest in white
I know I posted some photos in my barrel thread but here is my FIN photo (FIN for now!)
The journey to this point has been almost as much fun as shooting it. And I have to say I am pleased with my end result. It's obvious there is no right or wrong here, and there are so many knock out photos in this thread!

Here are mine S & W MP 15-22 and MP 9 mm para
Due Dutch regulations the stock has to be fixed it's not allowed to move, can not see why I think has to do with hiding under a coat or something but that's the regulation.
Use a cheap but does the magnifier and a dot from GSG still looking for a new one but like everyone do not want to spend more on a dot then the riffle costs (Im still Dutch).
On my last visit to the states and bought a Surefire 6P CAA mount
Also attached a cheap foregrip which also do the trick.
Still had some lying arround railprotectors fit well but do not want to look for so long the Magpull Rail Panel will not cost me a fortune over here.
Regards SmithieNL

I've been holding off on posting pictures of mine to this thread until I got most of my parts in. I've finally received most of them so here you go.
Just put the ACS stock on today and I really like it. Can't wait to get back out and shoot! I haven't been able to do so for 2 weeks because I had all my wisdom teeth extracted and my face was too sore. It's been killing me!! (the lack of shooting, not lack of teeth)
The 15-22 is joined by my Browning Buckmark Tactical & my custom Ruger 10/22. These three are the mainstays of my .22 collection.

It's an Ergo AR-15 Tactical Deluxe SUREGRIP. I like it a lot. It's a bit thicker and this helps position my finger for better trigger pull. It has a softer, rubbery feel to it and provides excellent grip. The only slight issue is that the upper palm web support doesn't match up to the contour of the rifle. There is a bit of a gap. It doesn't effect function at all but eventually I'll probably get a spacer in there.

They fit perfectly. To be honest I ordered them without knowing if they would fit, but they were cheap. I just liked the look of the 2 mags like that.
Truthfully tho, it makes the mags more of a pain to load up when they are together like that, since you can only use one finger on the load assist. I haven't decided if I will keep them on there, since it wouldn't be my Zombie Apocalypse gun anyway - haha

Picked mine up used (pretty good shape) a little over a week ago. Completed a few key upgrades and a few more to do: - NC Star Mark lll Tactical Mil Dot Scope 3-9x42 Illuminated
- Mini Red Dot Sight
- Grip-pod GPS02 retractable bipod/foregrip
A few minor things I'd like to do including: - 1/4-1/2" riser
- New stock (hate the stock it came with)
- Rail covers
- Simple sling

I picked my 15-22 up today and bought the matching KWA SR10 today.
I mounted a Vortex Strikefire to the airsoft gun but I will move it to the 15-22 once I find the most accurate and reliable ammo while using the Millet scope.
I bought:
Win SuperX
Win 333pack
Rem Vipers
Aguila Match
Aguila Interceptors
CCi Greens
CCi Stingers

Just got scope, so only been out once. I got it from rrages too. My red dot was pointing left pretty hard and I found the riser holes weren't drilled straight. I fixed that however so we'll see how it does next time.

Someone mentioned weight back a few pages so I thought I'd add the weights of the toys.
15-22:
Factory new w/out magazine-5#, 8 oz.
As pictured w/out magazine- 5#, 9.5 oz.
Loaded 25 round magazine-8.2 oz.
Total w/ loaded magazine- 6#, 7.6 oz.
15T:
Factory new w/ out magazine-6#, 13.6 oz.
As pictured w/ out magazine- 9#, 5.3 oz.
Loaded 30 round FMJ magazine- 1# 1.6 oz.
Total w/ loaded magazine- 10#, 6.7 oz.
The 15-22 sight is a Vortex StrikeFire red and green dot optic. I just tried it out yesterday and it works great-especially for we folks that passed 21 many years ago.
The Vortex was easy to zero after I found a pencil and an ammo box to keep track which way was up and which was was right, etc. It came w/ a 2x adapter but I don't particularly like it.
The flash hider was mounted by my personal firearms machinist, Belt_Fed. The other stuff is Troy, EOTech, LaRue Tactical, Magpul, Elzetta, and Hogue.
I had a Magpul MIAD on the 15-22 and did not like the feel. I put a Hogue grip on and it is much better.
Anyone have a Magpul AFG (black) that they would like to trade for the MIAD (black)?

I second the LaRue index clips. I just added a Magpul MBUS front sight. I'm waiting on the the rear sight to come in. I also used some Crayola tactical markers on the rifle.

Nice looking setup you have there; I like that mix of foliage green. How hard was it to get the rifle balanced for that shot! What kind of light and mount are you running?

Thanks, it's OD green. It wasn't hard at all, I just set it up there and it stayed. I think the mag helped with that.
The light is a streamlight polytac in a gg&g offset mount.
It's a nice little led light for the money.
btw...If anyones is looking for a good red dot I'm luvin the walther ps-22 on mine.
It comes with the mount and lens covers. Got it from midwayusa

Finally got 5 new mags from the local gun store for $20 a piece. Of course since I live in the commie state of New York, they are all 10 round mags . So out of 6 mags, I only get 60 rounds when I should be getting 150! I need to move out of this state! The new mags work flawlessly though. She cycles perfectly and loves CCI Velocitors and the Federal 550 brick. The lack of a follower on the mags makes loading them annoying.

They are Magpul XTM rail covers. I have them as well. I really like them myself.
They come 8 pieces per pack which equals 4 panels when put together. As you can see from the picture it takes 5 panels to cover a full side of the 15-22 rails. So take that into consideration if you order some. Adjust as needed for the accessories on your gun.
You can buy them directly from Magpul if you'd like or if you prefer, most of the major shooting supplies/tactical gear retailers have them... otherwise just do a Google search on them.

Here is mine. Had it for a few months so I put on some extra AR accessories. It started off as a regular MP 15/22. I added the clone point, Magpul BUIS, Magpul stock, ebay rail adapter to mount the Harris bipod. I'm going to swap the clone point for a magnifying scope to make it more of a sniper rifle. Then I'm getting the MOE version when it's out and a SIG 522 for a more "tacticool" look. I still have a couple Magpul Angled Foregrips and Vitor accessories waiting to be attached to something!!!!

If/when you get ready to swap out the clone point, if you'd like to sell it, please PM me.... also, if you'd like to get rid of one of your Magpul Angled Foregrips, I'm in the market for one of those too, black...
Thanks in advance.

No problem... I was just in the market for those 2 items in particular, so I thought I'd ask before I ordered from a vendor...
Thanks!

Super Plinker
I've enjoyed seeing what everyone is doing with their 15/22's. I just joined the forum and thought I'd try to share mine as well. First time ever posting, hope I loaded the pics rights. Anyways, I call it my super plinker. It's just way too much fun.

I don't know what I like better, the blanket or the scope.

Lets just say this rifle shoots a lot better than I can. My friend can hit a 1" circle at 50 yards with subsonic ammo. I practice with federal bulk and can consistently hit 2" groups at 50 yards. Bi-pod really helps, really cant complain it was less than $20 from amazon with free shipping with amazon prime. Scope is Barska Huntmaster 3-9 x 40, also recommended cost me less than $50 with cheap rings. Really cant complain, love this little gun.
