It's maybe just me, but I don't recommend posting your whole collection of firearms on a public Internet forum.

Another South African checking in after seeing Kaybacks pictures of my home range above
Pretty standard stuff, the usual Magpul goodies, VTAC sling - the only unusual thing would be the home grown suppressor, made by a local company.
Great little rifle, real good fun. Aquired for the local IDPA version of three gun shoots. But mostly for punching holes in paper and making plates ring for fun.

Been wanting a new rifle, but moneys tight and I couldn't afford anything halfway decent after factoring a carry case, ammo, ect.. So I spent the bit of money I had tacticooling the hell out of my 15-22 that was stock prior to this picture with the exception of the bipod and red dot sight which is now on a 45 degree rail. Other upgrades include stubby foregrip, OD green rail covers which I need to order another pack of, and an NcStar 3-9x40 illuminating scope with a riser which I can't wait to try out. Also have an OD green sling that should be arriving later today and I scored 800rds of .22lr online which should be coming in sometime next week. Had a fun little shopping spree lol

Its a 10 round Plinker Tactical mag that I removed the pin from, essentially making it a 25 round mag. Pita to load compared to the factory mags. And didn't look as good as I was hoping.
P.s. I found the 10 round Plinker Mags on eBay.

Retro mode was fun for a while, but I've moved back to "present day" mode lol... OEM Rail setup w/covers, PA Red Dot and Faux Spikes Can. Also since the Troys are on the AR I went ahead and put the Magpul Pro's on the 15-22. Overkill I guess, but why not, otherwise they'd be sitting in my parts box.
This setup *might* get a rattle can FDE-like spray job to match up better with my AR, haven't decided for sure yet.

I managed to get a 15-22 pistol a couple of weeks ago for a very fair $399. I swapped out the quad rail for a cut down 15-22 rifle quad rail and added a Bushnell TRS25 on a UTG medium riser, a MFT grip, an angled forward grip and a knock off slim Flaming Pig.
It is screaming for more mods, but I'm staying hush about them until they have been done

Nothing fancy, in fact I haven't' even shot it yet. Picked it up a couple of weeks ago when I bought an FNS9. Saw the color, and just had to have it. Sure looks odd in the safe.....

It's not quite finished. Right now, my adapter is temporary, but soon I'll have steel one to replace it. Here is my 15-22 pistol with a pistol buffer tube and a SIG arm brace.

I have finally cloned my 15-22 to match my real AR.
It started as an MOE version. Current parts:
-MOE stock, grip,and carbine handguard
-MBUS Gen2 rear sight
-TST A2 front sight
-Tacticool22 barrel nut adapter
-Primary Arms red dot in Vortex absolute co-witness cantilever mount
-Optional: Primary Arms 3x magnifier in a quick release mount
I dont run lasers or flashlights, so I hated the quad rail. I love the simplicity of the MOE rail.

I had a friend make me an adapter out of 1" cold-rolled steel to mount a cut down pistol buffer tube and a SIG arm brace on my 15-22 pistol. It is solid as a rock. Can't wait to try it suppressed.

Whats up!? I haven't seen on here in awhile so I thought I'd drop by and share my recent score. I picked up this Bushnell TRS 25 at Palmetto State Armory today on sale for $65. Sale sends tomorrow in case anyone is interested.

Thanks for asking Bishop99. It's a Nikon Buckmaster, Realtree APG factory coating, 3X9x40 with a Niko Plex reticle. It was sitting on my shelf when I discovered the 15/22 and when I found out I could get one with the Realtree APG, the decision was made for me.

My First try at a 15-22
Here is my 15-22. It has a low cost Gen One night vision and a very small red dot at a 45. The optic is a Yukon NVRS Titanium, that currently sells on Amazon for under $400. I have two Streamlights, one is a 88122 TL-2 IR emitter and the other is a super powerful white LED. Ordered the sling from China. It is as nice as any of my spendy slings and I think I paid $17 for it. I have a stubby foregrip.
I have a Silencerco Spectre II bought and waiting for paperwork. I am also getting a FLIR ThermoSight R to replace the regular night vision. Should make for a great rat plinker when it is done. Am contemplating making it a SBR.

Daytime 15-22
This is my daytime setup. The optic is an old Bushnell I had on my 10-22. I like it. The flashlight mount is a Magpul Rail Light Left Mount and is the same one I use for the IR light. The grip is an Armstac G4 Stubby. I also have Plinker Tactical Charging Handle and Magazines. I think I have five of the S&Ws and two Plingers so I can shoot 160 rounds before I have to reload mags. I haven’t shot it enough to comment on which mags I prefer.

A Halloween treat for the 15-22 came today. A Vortex Strikefire ll Opmod. I didn't really like color match when i mounted on the rifle. So i swooped it out with the original black Vortex on my other ar.

i do like the OPMOD stuff they put out. was the tan just a little darker? i like the top pic better, unless i'm reading the post wrong. i have 2 EO's OPMOD EXPS-1's from the "Planet" and love them both, the Vortex is a good red dot as long as you got their "Bright Red" version and not the red/green as i had to return that one since i could not see either dot in normal room light, the bright red is exactly as it is touted to be. only other thing is that dang screw in magnifier, that went into the parts bin!! nice looking rifle you got there.

Thanks. Here's a pic of it mounted on the 15-22. The color looks off in bright light paired with the Realtree camo. Both versions are the red/green dots. I haven't had any issues seeing both colors in any lighting conditions. Even in the low settings I can see them. Sorry you didn't have better luck with yours. I used the bright red version before. I dot was tad to big for me when shooting. It would cover the whole target. Making it harder for me doing precision shots. The Opmod didn't come with the magnifer. When I got the 1st Vortex it came with a 3x magnifer, mount, and the screw in magnifer. All in all I'm satisfied with all 3 versions of the Vortex. By the way the Vortex ll is slightly smaller than the original and a 2 button operation.

Just got my M&P the other day and have made a few modifications, removed iron sights and added a inexpensive CP red dot sight also got a Caldwell bipod. However I have noticed the rails can get uncomfortable and was looking for some rail panels like the XTM enhanced Magpul or the LaRue Index clips or a combo which is what it appears this pic shows.
Any recommendations on any rail panels and hand stops would be appreciated.
Below is mine without the bipod.
