M&P 15-22 Picture Thread
ImageUploadedByTapatalk1362371879.978610.jpg
I'm ready to go and try out my two new promags at the range tomorrow morning. Then I think I'll go and see if I can find the Sig P938 my wife wants for her birthday for a better price than this one I almost bought today.

Good night and have a great Monday!

+1 on using the side lever. I never use the center button, because of the whole finger pinching thing. Lol.

they want $777 plus tax of course for the P938 down here, but they have every version to include the rosewood and the diamond plate one. Nice 9mm though, i just don't need another one. buy it!

Out on our first date. Ran through 300 rounds of 28 year old CCI MM that I had lying around. Only 1 FTF. I love this little gun. Definitely NOT a Marlin 60.

Appears to be a Bushnell TRS-25 Red Dot ($90-$100) - add a UTG .83 Medium Riser ($10.00) and you are set.... Very popular set up and allows you to co-witness sights...

It is a VLTOR CASV-EL. I've had one on mine for a year. They rock. It attaches to the top rail on the receiver and the delta ring and give you one long optics mounting surface. I watched backpage until I found one for 150 and liked it so much that I picked up a second one for my AR. They aren't cheap, but they are rock solid.

It has an Aimpoint style mount instead of a riser, so it can't be a Bushnell.
I'm thinking Primary Arms MD-06 (removable base).

Taken off the MBUS and want to work with the "fixed" sights. Had to put the front sight on backwards to fit in with light.

got my conversion done to match its big brother, the 15-22 will be the perfect trainer because it will have everything the big brother has, only need some promag 32 round mags and fill them to 30 rounds to match the mags for the 5.56. then get micro dots for each. I even put on the same A2 half cage flash hider (needs to be timed)
The perfect trainer.

Got my 15-22 MOE about a month ago (LGS raped me a bit, but still worth it, IMHO). Like everyone else, have had difficulties getting ammo, but I've put 500+ rounds through it at this point (as a funny - the LGS sold me some CCI LONGs; was getting about 15% FTE/FTF. Then I noticed that it was a bit shorter than my other 22 LR ammo. I handed the rest over to my son to shoot from a 40yr old bolt action...)
Anyhow, this forum has been great and I've had a lot of fun taking it out to the range... I haven't gone overboard (UTG red/green, cheap foregrip+bipod), but I am impressed with the accuracy.
Took it out yesterday and was shooting paintballs on golf tees at 50yrds with the bipod + green dot...
Anyhow, here's some obligatory images showing the tacticrayola as well.. Waiting on a couple of 32rd mags.. Probably won't see them until April... Also gonna try the JP yellow springs.. The UTG is on a riser now so that it can cowitness...

Well since I'm always lurking here I might as well post mine.
I bought this in early January and since then have added a Hogue grip, Tapco foregrip, some Magpul rail covers, a 35 round Plinker Tactical magazine, and almost 2,000 rounds of .22lr!

Can anyone tell me where I can get the extended charging handle? I saw the one in the classifieds I think but I really like this one better.
Also, I saw a couple of these Bolt catch extenders (Can't remember it's actual name) and was wondering if they are an actual model made specifically for the 15-22? Because I remember seeing some a few months earlier in the thread to where they had to be bent and modified for it to work. BAD I think was the brand. This one looks slightly different from the BAD model. Where can one get this if it is a made for fit to the 15-22?

NDZ Performance has all of those that you see in my pics. The SBR (Speed Bolt Release) is the 15-22 equivalent of the BAD lever, but it's made specifically for the 15-22, so no modification needed.

FDE Accessories
I've been going through this thread looking for dealers of M&P Accessories. Does anyone know where I can find some an FDE grip, stock, and rail covers. I'm looking for some a bit cheaper than the magpul ones. Just curious, searching the forum for FDE accessories has proven difficult.
Thanks!

Well, it says "MD-10" right on the side of it. I think it's the latest generation. It was the latest shipment received by Primary Arms last month. Here is the link. It does show an 08 in the picture. The riser is the Primary Arms QD.

Try Airsoft websites. Avoid the grips for the AEG's they won't work 100%. The ones for the Gas Blow Back work better but need modification because they generally lack the safety and rear take down pin spring detents.

Thanks. It looks like Magpul is going to get my business. That airsoft stuff isn't much less expensive. Otto has some pretty good prices and cheap shipping.

He stated it right after my post that it was NDZ. Good stuff. Will be ordering their SBR when I get a chance too.

Got the magpul afg2 on and made a paracord harness today for it. I think I'm done modding it!

Just added a few items to my 15-22 last night. I think it came out pretty good! I have to add my Magpul Enhanced Butt-Pad yet and then she'll be done!

Same as here. My local dealer has .22 ammo by the ton. Literally, the metric weight unit.
There are various brands available around here and I'll admit nothing from the USA, but there is ammo at least
Just fly to Africa and get it.
