Any end of barrel device that is threaded 1/2-28.
Some suppressors require a spacer because they require a .4 length of thread for some wacky proprietary reason.
The standard length of thread is .625 or 5/8

Yes, all the tacticool22 stuff is me.
The T22 logo by itself or in a Military style patch should tie everything together.

Metric huh?
The 15-22 is 1/2-28 x 5/8 pretty typical worldwide. Not exclusive, just typical.
1/2 inch is 12.7mm
28 threads per inch is 28 threads in 25.4mm
.625 or 5/8 inch is 15.9mm
.4 inch is 10.6mm
End of barrel device can be a flash hider, muzzle brake, golf ball launcher (not sure if they make metric golf balls) potato launcher, Etc, Etc.

If I removes the barrel myself, how hard would it be to thread it on a lathe? My brother has access to one at work. So do I just tell him to thread it at 1/2x28 and the machine will take care of it or does it actually involve some degree of skill? I'm asking cuz I don't know how those lathes work.

The main thing is to indicate the bore, not the muzzle.
Any machinist should be able to machine threads on a tube; it is not difficult at all. They should machine the threads within .050 of the shoulder. Do not machine an undercut.
So long as the machinist knows how to run a machine, you don't need to.

Ok thanks. My brother is the machinist and knows how to run the machine. So is 1/2x28 the bore? Or what exactly should I tell him?

Tell him... 1/2-28 UNEF x 5/8 class 2A He can shoot for 3A, if he wants.
The other thing to do is take what will screw on and he can fit the threads on the barrel to the accessory.
The bore is the inside of something. The bore on a gun has the rifling.
