IF, this gizmo provided better round to round accuracy for bench shooters, I guess it would be worth something. But to spend the $ on the gizmo instead of ammo defeats the purpose I have in shooting 22's. Reduce the cost.

Cost reduction is one of his selling points. He claims you can improve both the accuracy and the expansion, of lower priced bulk ammo, to rival or even better the more costly stuff, and that is where the savings begin to add up.

As for, the 'swiss army knife' method, you are not going to get the consistency and precision his tool offers.

if your wanting to improve the results your getting from your existing ammo you should invest in a rim thickness gauge. you can divide your ammo up in to groups that all have the same rim thickness and it will make a lot of difference, because the rim thickness all the head spacing you have in a rimfire. and after sorting by rim thickness you can then put them all on the powder scales and sort by weight. you'll find that there are differences. after you've got all the same rim thicknesses and weights sorted out you should definitely see a increase in accuracy

no i'm far from that... i'm just a nut that loves guns and loves rimfire i've done lots of research on it and lots of testing and shooting.
