Default S&W costumer service

I got my 15-22 back from S&W for the second time yesterday. I haven't had a chance to go shot it yet, but I'm hoping it is fixed this time. S&W costumer service has been a delight to deal with. after they recieve the gun it took them no longer than a week to have it delivered back to you. They also gave me an extra magazine both times so I have three magazines. I can tell you that even though I had problems with my gun I will not hesitate to purchase another S&W firearm in the future.

My experience with S&W customer service has been similiar.

What were your issues that your gun had to make two trips to S&W?

Impressive. I've had a gun make a few trips to finally get it right and I've never had CS volunteer to send me anything. Not that I expect it, but you did well.

My 15-22 had to go back both times for the same problem. The extractor would fall off after I fired a few rounds. I was shooting Winchester HV Expert ammo, but this time I'm going to get some Federal ammo. I've heard that Federal ammo has worked well in these guns.

I didn't realize S&W sold costumes! What kind of costumes? Clown? Ninja? Godzilla? Oh man, I'd love to run around with my M&P15-22 wearing a Godzilla costume!

On a more serious note, I emailed them about how terrible their 10 round mags were and I never got a response, maybe that doesn't count though.

ordered 2 new mags from smith and they arrived today...in a padded envelope...that was ripped open on top. i'm amazed the mags didn't fall out. how much would it cost to put some packing tape over the ends of the envelope. does smith think fedex gives a ***** if the packaging keeps the merchandise protected.

interested to see how the 44mag.com mags will be packaged when they arrive friday.
