Default M&P15-22 W/ M3 red dot

Last night was my second range trip with the 15-22 and the first with a new M3 red dot clone from Primary Arms out of Texas.

The first 5 rounds without the red dot cut a jagged hole in the X ring at 50 feet ( indoor pistol range ). I fired up the red dot and have it pretty much dialed in. It co-witness' well with the iron sights. I was producing nickel sized groups off sand bags with my old eyes.

I am sure the rifle is more accurate than I can shoot it. I fired about 100 rounds with only one fail to feed. No other malfunctions occured. Round count is now about 150.

I should have the Houge grip and a bi-pod I ordered by the end of the week. Range trip #3 will be Sunday morning.

Hey LTC, glad to hear you like the Primary Arms M3! They are pretty hot items! The price was right for me. I'm loving my M4 and it's holding zero steady after several visits to the range.

I noticed yesterday they are already out of stock on the M4 red dots. Their last shipment went fast! I think the only difference between the M3 and M4 is the battery and size.

I decided to order a 3X magnifier from them. I havn't had a chance to try it out yet but hopefully soon! I've got it installed and it's ready to go.

Happy Holidays!
