Thats just a barrel shroud. Smith released the press pics showing it, but it does not exist from Smith or T/C. They exist on the internet and eBay. Good luck.

I found a cool looking CAR-15 look a like . It threaded right on my barrel but I suppose you could drill and tap a couple set screws in it and use it on a non-threaded barrel AR15/M16 - Flash Hiders, Compensators & Muzzle Brakes

The shop where I bought mine is trying to get me to buy a suppressor for my 15-22. But after the stamp and the $400.00 price tag, it's too much. He says "once you go suppressed, you'll never go back!", but it's a lot of money. At a local gunrange you can rent suppressed and full auto guns, fun, but too expensive to do all the time.

It's not that real suppressors are hard to come by. I can easily get a real Gemtech Halo... But $900 + $200 = No way...

suppressors are alot of fun.. when added to the right weapon they draw alot of attention.. that being said you can shop around a full auto rated yhm phantom 556 sales for around 650 plus the stamp but that price can be easily beat.. 15/22 is a excellent platform for a can .. those who have fired them love them

Tacticool22 long barrel shroud for non threaded barrels. As I've posted before, I'm very happy with it.

You guys ever see these. $75 plus stamp is alot easier to swallow. may look goofy but no doubt it works.
