Default Current Spec 15-22's

Just talked with a guy on arf.com that purchased his 15-22
(A1 version) last week from his dealer. He said the dealer had just received it, and it had blue springs.
So I guess their getting them out with updated specs now.
Not sure if this everyone knows this already, it was news to me.

Interesting that production 15-22s now have the blue springs. I was thinking that maybe the blue springs meant that S&W repair had reworked the rifle.

I figured blue was a specific part identifier for S&W.

My older son is a detective w/ the Blue Springs, MO, Police Department. Maybe he knows something about all of this.
(Sorry, I just could not help it)

All I know is that my 15-22 came back from S&W and has blue springs and it works fine...........now!
