I had recently sent out my M&P 15-22 and all five magazines due to a high percentage of failure to feeds. I had asked politely in a letter that they update to current specs the rifle (springs) and upgrade all five of my magazines. I had not actually experienced an OOB firing or a blown out extractor but the rifle was not feeding like I felt it should. Well, I just got it back from S&W and I am happy to say they did all that I had asked. All of the springs are new (blue) and they replaced all five of my magazines to the new mags with 25 rounds written on them. I felt that I would be proactive before I had a blown out extractor and S&W delivered. I just felt that I would share my experience since we tend to hear more bad than good on these boards. I will give it a good cleaning and install all of my accessories again and I will update once I take it to the range and put at least 500 rounds through it.
FYI: I sent out the rife on March 9th and received it back on the 18th. Not too bad of a turn around in my opinion.
