Default Storing Loaded Mags

I have a few 10/25 mags I keep fully loaded. Will keeping them loaded put a lot of stress on the feed lips? I some what worried since they're plastic but on the other hand the spring is only compress a third of the way.

The rifle is too new for us to have any experience in this regard and I doubt it's harmful.

But I don't reload my M&P15-22 magazines until I'm headed to the range anyway. I shoot so many rounds during a range session (fun and low cost factors) that I'm just tired of loading. My M16 magazines, however, remain fully loaded for months (some probably for years) without any issues.

Don't worry about it. The mags are made from pretty rugged plastic.

I would have to agree that I would not really be worried about it. The plastic they use to make these mags is pretty strong. And as far as springs go, they are fine too. Sprngs don't wear out from static pressure, but from repeated use.

HTH

Good luck
