Default Triggers springs ?

I have the factory blue springs in my rifle, are they as good as the JP 3.5 springs? Just want to know if changing to the JP kit is worth it before I do it.

The JP springs will be the best $10 you will spend on your gun. Don

I changed my blue ones for the JP 3.5 last week and dropped the pull weight from 7 + down to 4.5. I should have done a bit of polishing while I had it apart but I was headed to the range that day.

The "15 Minute AR15 Trigger Job" works well too and costs you nothing but those 15 minutes. Basically cut one leg from the hammer spring and reform the trigger spring legs. Just Google it.

I've tried both methods but left the yellow springs in the rifle as it was the last test.
