Default NC Star

How is the quality of these sights and scopes? They seem to be pretty cheap so is the low price equal to ****** quality?

Price reflects quality in optics more than anything else. Save until you can buy something you wont regret.

I switched to something else, but I was happy w/ the NcStar products I used. They are cheap and I wouldn't consider using them on anything other than a rimfire because of the recoil factor. But lots of people here use them and have nothing bad to say. I had the 3-9x40 rubber armored mark III w/ laser and then a 1x40 red dot w/ laser. Both were substantial quality (for the price).

You can buy some nice scopes from Sportsman Guide.com I have a NcStar scope on a Ruger 44 Redhawk that has given me good service.

Check out Mueller scopes. I found out about them on another forum. They are of high quality and I have not heard one bad thing about them. This will be the next scope I buy. Don
