If your stock iron sights are dialed in and you have access to a gun vise (or similar device), you can mount the rifle sighted on a spot, carefully swap the sights without moving the rifle and then dial the new ones into that spot... that'll get you close.
That being said, even with sights that are wildly out of adjustment, if you have a local sand pit to shoot in, you should be able to observe off-paper impacts and get onto the paper with 2 or 3 shots at relatively short distances.
